• Pickups can be scheduled between 7-3pm EST Wednesday and Fridays, excluding 1130-1230pm. Holidays are excluded.
• The address for pickups is: 3111 Grand River Ave Detroit, MI 48208. Enter through the main door. You will check in with security, and your order will be delivered promptly.
• All orders must be scheduled to be picked up. Due to space and team scheduling, walk in order pickup requests will NOT be honored.
• Multiple orders can be scheduled to be picked up at the same time. Schedule the additional pickups accordingly.
• Ensure the personnel and equipment needed to transport your order are provided at time of pickup. We are unable to assist with loading items into vehicles.

Orders not picked up within two weeks of the scheduled date will be considered abandoned and a donation. The abandoned order will be relisted without a refund.
