Please schedule your pickup in advance through the ShopGoodwill website. We recommend choosing a date at least 3 days out. Walk-ins or unscheduled pickups are not allowed - no exceptions. You may schedule up to 10 items or auctions per order; orders over this limit cannot be scheduled.
Pickup Details:
- Location: Pickups are available at the former community center next to the Goodwill retail store on Schillinger Rd. South. No Pick-Ups are available on Nights, Weekends, or Holidays.
- Arrival: Only one person is allowed inside for pickup, except when accompanied by children. For large or heavy items and multiple-item orders, please pull your vehicle up to the curb. Only items scheduled for pickup that day can be collected; unscheduled items cannot be picked up.
- Order Hold Policy: Please schedule your pickup within 7 days. If not scheduled, we’ll send a courtesy reminder. After 5 additional days with no response, the item will be forfeited. Need more time? Contact us via ShopGoodwill ticket or call 251-300-6279.
- If you miss your pickup and don’t reschedule within 7 days or miss the rescheduled appointment, your items will be considered a donation to Goodwill Gulf Coast and will not be refunded.
