When: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:15pm (Closed Weekends) By Appointment ONLY

How to Schedule:
1) Payment MUST be made before scheduling for pickup. No money is handled at the warehouse location.
2) We are NOT permitted to assist with loading of any kind. Please plan to bring along your own loading help, and any necessary packing materials, if needed.
3) To request an appointment:
- Create a customer service ticket by using the "Contact Seller" button on your item or order. To ensure you get the best customer service experience, we do not schedule by phone.
- Include your name, as listed on the account, and your order number.
- Offer 2 different days and/or times you are available within our pickup hours. We will always try our best to meet your first request but we cannot always control availability on some days.
- Schedule at least 1 business day in advance to allow us to prepare your order and minimize your wait time.
When you arrive:
When entering our parking lot, our customer pickup area is located immediately to your right, the door with the small blue awning. Please park in one of the customer pickup spaces and call us at (615) 346-1233 to let us know you have arrived. We will bring your purchases to you.

DIRECTIONS: The Goodwill Ecommerce Department is located near The Nations neighborhood and across from the John C. Tune Airport, about 15 minutes west of downtown Nashville. From downtown, head west on Interstate 40, take Exit 204A TN 155 North/Briley Parkway, then take Exit 26B Centennial Blvd. West. Merge onto Centennial Blvd. Continue straight onto Cockrill Bend Blvd. (approximately .7 miles) and turn left to 7237 Cockrill Bend Blvd. Follow the drive along the side of the warehouse and parking will be ahead. The Customer Pick Up area will be to the right of the Outlet Store entrance, and it will have an awning above the door. There are 2 dedicated parking spaces marked Customer Pick Up. Upon arrival, please call the number on the parking sign with your name, order number and parking space you are in for convenient pick up.
